Privacy Policy

We highly value your privacy and are completely transparent about how your uploaded images are processed:

• Temporary Storage: When you upload a photo for our AI try-on service, it is stored on our secure servers for a maximum of 24 hours. This temporary storage is strictly to process your request and allow you time to download your generated results.
• Automatic Deletion: After 24 hours, both your original uploaded photos and the AI-generated results are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers and cloud storage (including Cloudflare R2).
• NO AI Training: We strictly DO NOT use your personal photos or generated images to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models.
• No Third-Party Sharing: Your photos are processed securely and are never sold, shared, or distributed to any third parties or marketing agencies.

To ensure the safety of all users and compliance with applicable laws and AI provider policies, the following types of content are strictly prohibited on Vibe:

• Minors: You may not upload photos of any person under the age of 18. Our AI systems automatically detect and block such content. Attempting to process images of minors violates our Terms of Service and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Nudity & Explicit content: Photos depicting full or partial nudity are strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to images where intimate body parts are exposed or visible.
• Sexually suggestive content: Uploading photos where a person is wearing sexually suggestive clothing — including bikinis, underwear (briefs, boxers, thongs), bras, lingerie, or any similar items — as the base clothing is not permitted. This applies even if such items are partially covered.
• Non-consensual content: You may not upload photos of another person without their explicit consent.

Our AI safety filters automatically detect and block prohibited content at the point of generation. If blocked, your credit will be automatically refunded.
